Dear Parents!

Pregnancy is an extraordinary time. These are months filled with emotions, joy, and hope, as well as perfectly normal worries and fears. We want this time to be filled with positive emotions, giving you a sense of strength and overflowing love.

We therefore invite expectant parents to join our classes at the Childbirth Preparation School. Experienced midwives will guide you through topics related to childbirth, the postpartum period, breastfeeding, and newborn care. Thanks to our childbirth preparation school, you’ll have fond memories of your entire pregnancy, as well as the moment of delivery itself.

You’ll learn about the stages of labor, gain a better understanding of what will happen in the delivery room, and avoid fear of the unknown,

You’ll be better able to cope with pain, learn the secrets of pain relief, and manage stress,

You’ll gain essential information about pregnancy and childbirth itself, and you’ll learn how to care for your baby and your own body during the first few days,

You’ll learn the ins and outs of breastfeeding and how to handle any challenges,

You’ll learn how to cope with the postpartum period
