Polysomnography in the Health Care Complex in Bolesławiec

Polysomnography is a diagnostic tool that monitors the activity of the body during sleep. During the examination, the electrical activity of the brain, skeletal muscles, eyeballs, airflow through the respiratory tract, chest and abdominal movements, ECG, as well as movement disorders and snoring are recorded. This procedure is non-invasive and does not require any special preparation. It is intended for patients suffering from sleep disorders, snoring, night apnea, as well as those complaining about daytime symptoms: constant fatigue, lack of sleep, memory and concentration disorders, chronic headaches, accompanying diseases such as: resistant hypertension or heart rhythm disorders. In order to perform the examination, patients should be referred to the Department of Internal Diseases of the Health Care Team in Bolesławiec.
